The Shell Go Well customer proposition (‘It’s not where you go, it’s how’) launch in markets in 2017, with a long-term ambition to become the world’s leading roadside retailer. The booklet’s objective was for all colleagues (primarily Marketing) to gain a greater understanding of journeys and begin to be inspired about the opportunities.
